Privacy Policy

How memtrunk collects, uses, and protects information for the console and the people who use it.

Last updated: August 11, 2026

Information We Collect

We collect information in a few ways. Account information — such as your name, email address, and authentication identifier — when you or your organization sets up access, typically through Google OAuth; some deployments also support a password-based sign-in method administered by your organization. Usage information — request volume, tokens, cost, and other operational metrics generated as the console is used, along with the audit-log record of administrative actions. And information you send us directly, such as your name, work email, company, and message, if you contact us through our contact form.

How We Use Your Information

We use this information to operate and maintain the console, authenticate sign-ins and enforce the access controls described on our Security page, respond to questions submitted through our contact form, and understand how the product is used so we can improve it. We do not use your information to serve third-party advertising.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us run the infrastructure the console depends on, under obligations to protect it and use it only for that purpose. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of memtrunk or others.

Data Retention

We retain account and usage information for as long as your account or your organization's deployment is active, or as needed to provide the service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Information submitted through the contact form is kept only as long as needed to respond to it.

Security

We apply the same protections described on our Security page to the information we hold — role-based access enforced on the server rather than hidden in the interface, an immutable audit trail for administrative actions, and credentials that are shown once at creation and never stored or displayed in the clear afterward. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but these controls are built into how the console works, not added on afterward.

Your Rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at hello@memtrunk.example. Depending on where you live, applicable data protection law may give you additional rights over your information; we'll honor requests made under those laws to the extent they apply.

Cookies

The console uses a session cookie to keep you signed in; it exists to maintain your session and nothing else. This marketing site does not set any advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, let you know directly.
